Immersion (Energy)

What I Learnt About Energy

During immersion this term we're focusing on energy. I learnt lots of things I didn't know before, like how there is more than one type of energy, and everything contains energy even if it never moves or isn't moving. The different types of energies are: Potential/stored, kinetic, chemical, gravitational. There's also more, but we did not talk about them. 
Another thing I learnt is how even when something is not moving, there's still energy moving in it.
Even a rock has energy. A rock is always sitting still, so it contains gravitational energy pulling down. If a rock was sitting on a hill doing nothing it would have potentail energy. if it  rolled  down a hill, the energy would be converted to useful energy.
